| It was an often moving, thought-provoking service. Sarah did a WONDERFUL job keeping us musically involved and moving us from space to space, literally and in spirit; it all worked well. Bangladesh, Malawi, Palestine, so many things to learn. Very moving and devastating in parts, also in view of our country's current economic difficulties. While the Israel/Palestine piece seemed too one-sided and might have benefited from including additional viewpoints, it certainly got a thought process going. The whole morning was stimulating, eye-opening, expanded the mind in many cases and triggered lots of discussion. Thanks. My nine-year-old felt it was a bit long, but when prompted what he liked best, he said, The chanting was neat. |
