Jonathan,
How do I post an atttachment--i.e. the Session Minutes to the Session forum? Glenn will need to post budget info also--maybe he has figured it out. Please help!

Jonathan--
I know phpBB version 2 didn't allow attachments, but version 3, which came out in mid-December, does. On which are we running? And if it's version 2, can we update to version 3 quickly so that we can do attachments? (We lose html in the process, but for the church groups using it, attachments are probably more important than being able to write in html).
